Since I am not a career politician and this is my first run for political office I can only state what I hope to achieve as a councilmember. The following is my platform for the future.
- Rental housing licensing ordinance
With sex offender provisions.
- Update the city home rule charter to reflect current condtions, define term limits for all political offices. Revise, clarify or delete as required to reflect current residences.
- Non-smoking ordinance
All restaurants , snappys has already done so.
- Review all departments , programs and boards that are under council oversight authority.
- Review road signs and crosswalk areas
Remove R.R. Track pave to eliminate bumps at R.R. crossings
- Weekly one on one meeting with citizens of katy
Meet with your councilmember at large
- Study & create limited and no parking zones at new stadium
No parking on certain streets, limited hours on certain streets.
- Additional street lights where needed
- Input from local business owners and associations.
- Visit with h.o.a members and senior citizen associations.

Initiates and investigates complainants charging unlawful practices of discrimination against any person because of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, age, handicap, martial status, or place of birth; holds hearings, subpoenas witnesses, administers oaths, and seeks the production of evidence related to matters under its investigation; studies any condition having an adverse affect on intergroup relations in the city, including issues of prejudice, intolerance, bigotry and discrimination as they affect public safety and general welfare; assists with the enforcement of fair practices in city contracts.

Strengthen cpz commission
Make available to commission all plot plans, drainage plans and summary of soil report
Form committees to perform duties as per city ordinance
