Final Preparations are Underway for Child Advocates of Fort Bend’s SuperHero Gala

child advocatesChild Advocates of Fort Bend’s Gala Committee is hard at work securing auction items and making preparations for the dinner and auction which benefits the agency’s programs for children whose lives have been torn apart by abuse and neglect. The event will take place at the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square on April 30, 2016 at 6 pm. Michele Fisher of Michele Fisher Voice Overs is the emcee. Commissioner James Patterson is the auctioneer.

The Gala’s live auction offerings include a seven day stay at a luxury villa in Mexico with five master suites complete with food, drinks and a dedicated staff and chef, a week’s stay at the Ritz Carlton Destination Club in San Francisco, the ultimate Guys Adventure Package for two people complete with a sightseeing day trip with Congressman Pete Olson in a private Cirrus SR22 airplane to Brenham for lunch, hog hunting with cross-bow with NFL Hall of Famer Elvin Bethea, a ride on a one-of-a-kind gyrocopter, Sheriff For A Day and a golf lesson with 14-time PGA Champion Hal Sutton.

Other auction offerings include invitations for four people to three exclusive events for SuperBowl 51 in Houston, a weekend for 20 people at the 4-D Guest Ranch and a full wooden case of 2000 Chateau LaGrange, Grand Cru Class, St. Julien Medoc, Left Bank in its original crate.
