Our Friday lunch speakers this week will be two cab drivers who are fighting to relax the restrictions on the “for-hire” taxi industry, Julian Uchima and Joshua Bullard. Both gentlemen were featured this week on the Wednesday segment of the Houston Matters radio show (KUHF) in which Mayor Turner gave a defense for the status quo.
