New restaurant on FM 1093 opens Sept. 26
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Sept. 20, 2016) – Pei Wei, a leader in Asian-inspired fast casual dining, celebrates its new Katy location beginning on Monday, Sept. 26. The restaurant at 24926 FM 1093 in Cinco Ranch features made-to-order dishes and focuses on quality ingredients showcased in a vibrant, modern environment for lunch, dinner or in between.
Opening day kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting and remarks from the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, then doors open at 11. A grand opening celebration on Nov. 5 will include T-shirt giveaways, gift card raffles, free food samples and more.
“Our Cinco Ranch opening is special because it will be will be managed by a longtime Pei Wei team member, Mario Umana, who started as a wok cook and has worked his way up – it’s a real American success story,” said Pei Wei Chief Marketing Officer Clay Dover. “We look forward to bringing our flavor with a purpose mission to the rapidly growing Cinco Ranch area.”
The menu, which reflects Pei Wei’s core belief that eating well is at the center of a well-balanced life, brings new options, including quinoa, and a focus on ingredients carefully chosen to optimize both taste and nutritional value. Offerings include new Noodle Bowls, Wok Classics, small plates, noodle, rice and salad bowls, hand-rolled sushi, beverages and more.

The restaurant’s hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Pei Wei accepts Apple Pay at all its locations.
The new Katy restaurant brings 50 new jobs to the area, and is accepting applications at jobs.peiwei.com.
