Unfortunately, the HPRA lunch speaker scheduled for this week, former Houston city councilman Stephen Costello, now the Chief Resilience Officer for the city, has been forced to postpone his appearance until October 28th. Therefore, we will have an open mike this week for those who have information to share or feel a need to vent. These are always fun.
