The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Brian Lantz, who will speak on the importance of infrastructure investment to strengthen an economy. Mr. Lantz will discuss the need for the US to deal with neglected infrastructure and the Chinese development program known as New Silk Road, or the Belt and Road initiative. Mr. Lantz is associated with the Schiller Institute and New Executive Review.
