The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Retired HPD officer Larry Watts and his wife Carolyn Watts. The co-authors will discuss their book, Dishonored and Forgotten, a novel based on the death of an HPD detective in his office in the Houston police department, and officially explained as a suicide.
