Was the Change in Houston Term Limits Achieved with Fraudulent Ballot Language?

The HPRA Friday lunch speaker this week is attorney Eric Dick, who has been a candidate for city council and recently filed a lawsuit to void the recent Houston charter amendment that relaxed the rules on Houston city term limits. Mr. Dick is representing Philip Paul Bryant who has also been a candidate for city council, and they allege that the ballot language deceived voters as to the impact of the proposition.

PUBLIC INVITED: $11.49 plus 10% gratuity – buffet self-serve – all you can eat.
