(Our 24th year)
The HPRA Friday lunch speaker this week is attorney Eric Dick, who has been a candidate for city council and recently filed a lawsuit to void the recent Houston charter amendment that relaxed the rules on Houston city term limits. Mr. Dick is representing Philip Paul Bryant who has also been a candidate for city council, and they allege that the ballot language deceived voters as to the impact of the proposition.
