More than 30 business owners, elected officials and community members joined the Central Fort Bend Chamber in celebrating Envoy Mortgage with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, February 11, 2016. The Chamber is delighted to have Envoy Mortgage as a member. Located at 5100 Westheimer Road, Suite 500 in Houston, Envoy Mortgage includes mortgage lender veterans from across the country, and has the highest number of certified mortgage bankers at one independent mortgage bank in the state.

Trevor Smith is a loan officer that serves Fort Bend County, he says mortgage loan programs can be confusing and time consuming. “As it comes to mortgage it’s something you don’t need every day. But If you would have me in the back of your mind; we all have a friend, family member, coworkers who may be in need of a mortgage,” says Smith. Each home loan program is distinct and has many different requirements to consider. Envoy Mortgage has been working to help people get closer to their dream home for 15 years.
